A rare leadership opportunity for an ambitious RVN to take the helm across a well-run, multi-site group in Ayrshire. Nurses are genuinely central to this business — with nurse representation at the most senior level — and the culture, facilities and support structure reflect that. The practice
- Large, skilled clinical team with specialists in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour and Schedule 3 procedures
- Modern equipment — multiparameter monitors, fluid pumps, BP monitors and ultrasound
- Dedicated senior nursing support including a specialist RVN business partner
- Collaborative, values-led culture where open communication and mutual respect are non-negotiable
The role
- Lead clinical nursing standards and day-to-day operations across the group
- Work across a varied mix of nurse-led consults, anaesthetic monitoring and inpatient care
- Be backed by a strong support network — senior nurses and specialist RVN resources across all sites
- 30–40 hours per week — full or part-time considered, rota shaped around individual needs
- 1 in 4 Saturdays and absolutely no OOH
