Lead Vet - West London/Surrey

A Small Animal Practice based on the West London/Surrey border is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive clinical excellence across the practice while working alongside a Certificate Holder and a skilled team of RVNs.

You will be working in a well-equipped practice featuring:

• Digital and dental x-ray
• Ultrasound and echocardiography
• ECG and multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring
• Full laboratory facilities including microscope, haematology, biochemistry, and iSTAT analysers

This role offers a 40-hour week over 4 days, plus a 1:6 weekend rota providing variety and a healthy work-life balance.

Skills and Experience

• Experienced in ultrasonography and first opinion practice
• Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care and client communication
