Night Veterinary Surgeon – 24-Hour Veterinary Hospital
Full Time | Permanent | 7 Nights On / 14 Nights Off

We are currently seeking a confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the night team at a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet who enjoys emergency and inpatient care and is looking for a varied caseload alongside an attractive work-life balance.

You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team committed to delivering outstanding patient care, providing an excellent client experience, and maintaining a positive working environment for colleagues.

The Role

This is a sole charge night role, caring for hospital inpatients and seeing emergency cases out of hours. You will be supported by experienced nurses throughout your shift, allowing you to focus on delivering high standards of clinical care.

Working within a well-equipped hospital environment, you will have access to a wide range of advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment, providing opportunities to manage interesting and complex cases.

Working Pattern

  • 7 nights on, followed by 14 nights off
  • Sole charge veterinary role
  • Supported by experienced night nursing team
  • Managing inpatients and emergency cases

  • Doppler echocardiography
