The practice

• Large, independent small animal practice in the Cotswolds
• Modern, well-equipped branch with a growing and loyal client base
• Supportive wider team of vets and nurses across multiple locations

The role

• Lead the day-to-day running of a busy small animal branch
• Run and grow nurse-led clinics and drive client engagement
• Build strong client relationships and help expand the branch's reach
• Manage stock control, drug ordering and administrative tasks including audits
• Deliver high standards of routine nursing care across all cases
• Work autonomously whilst being backed by a collaborative wider team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year RCVS RVN clinic experience gained in the UK
• Branch experience beneficial but not essential
• Confident, organised and comfortable working on your own initiative
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong client care skills with a professional, personable manner
