The practice

The role

• Work across a varied caseload in a supportive, development-focused environment
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with 7-hour day shifts — a genuine work-life balance
• OOH and weekends on a rota — works out at just 1 in 12
• Substantial OOH performance bonus on top of base salary
