Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) – London / Berkshire Area
Salary: Up to £37,000 per year (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a well-established Small Animal centre located in the London / Berkshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who is looking for a varied clinical role within a supportive and experienced veterinary team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering high standards of patient care, assisting veterinary surgeons, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting veterinary surgeons during consultations, procedures, and surgeries
- Providing theatre support including anaesthesia monitoring
- Delivering inpatient care and patient monitoring
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supporting diagnostics and clinical procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensuring a clean, organised and compliant clinical environment
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- 8:00am – 5:00pm shifts
- 1 in 3 weekends (2:6 rota)
