An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive and highly respected veterinary practice in Wiltshire.

This leadership role offers the chance to work closely with an established Clinical Director, providing both clinical and strategic support within a modern, multi-site, RCVS-accredited practice environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting team development, and shaping the future direction of patient care across the practice.

The Role

  • Full-time position
  • 38-hour working week across 4 days
  • Weekend rota averaging approximately 2 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care across a varied caseload
  • Provide support to the Clinical Director and deputise when required
  • Promote and model strong clinical leadership within the team
  • Support high standards of communication, case management, and patient care
  • Assist in the development and mentoring of colleagues
  • Confidently and professionally manage client concerns when required
  • Effectively manage workload and clinical priorities
