An independent, forward-thinking small animal practice in the Cardiff area is looking for a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit, collaborative team. The practice

• Independent, progressive small animal practice
• Modern, well-equipped facility with state-of-the-art equipment throughout
• 24-hour care supported by a dedicated OOH team — no night work for this role

The role

• First-opinion small animal consultations, routine and non-routine surgery
• Medical case management and emergency cases
• Work alongside an experienced, supportive team in a positive clinical environment
• 40 hours across a 4-day week — 1 in 6 weekends, no nights

What we're looking for

• MRCVS with RCVS registration
• Confident in routine small animal medicine and surgery
• Comfortable with emergencies or keen to build confidence in this area
• A positive team player based in England or Wales — or happy to relocate
