A great opportunity for a confident vet to take on a part-time role with genuine clinical freedom in a well-established, well-equipped practice in the Colchester area. You'll manage your own caseload with some sole charge responsibility, supported by experienced colleagues and a wider local network. Minimum 1 year small animal experience required.

The practice

• Well-established GP practice in Essex
• Digital radiography, ultrasound and endoscopy on site
• Strong, loyal client base with good continuity of care
• Supported by experienced colleagues

The role

• Deliver high-quality first opinion care across consults and routine surgery
• Manage your own caseload with a high level of clinical freedom
• Some sole charge work with full support from an experienced wider team
• Build strong client relationships and work up cases in depth
• Ideally 3 days per week — flexible for the right candidate
• 1 in 4 Saturdays
