A multi-award-winning, RCVS-accredited GP practice in Warwickshire is looking for an experienced vet to join their close-knit, well-supported team. With 20-minute consults, protected breaks, no OOH and a genuinely people-focused culture, this is a practice that has clearly thought hard about what makes a great place to work. Broad GP experience and confidence in sole charge required.

The practice

• Multi-award-winning GP practice
• RCVS-accredited, Silver Cat Friendly status and RWAF accredited
• Modern, purpose-built practice with full equipment suite including Cryopen for cryotherapy
• Practice owners with 13+ and 22+ years' experience respectively, both clinically active
• Onsite Mental Health First Aider and strong focus on team wellbeing
• Varied and interesting surgical and medical caseload

The role

• Work across a broad GP caseload with genuine clinical variety
• 20-minute consults with the last appointment at 6:30pm — leave on time, every time
• Admin time, tea breaks and a protected lunch break built into every day
• Shifts of 9:00am–5:00pm and 11:00am–7:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am–5:00pm)
• Comfortable in sole charge with strong communication skills
• Flexible working patterns considered for the right candidate
• No out-of-hours commitment
