Veterinary Surgeon – Bedfordshire
A busy and supportive small animal practice in Bedfordshire is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and experienced team.
The practice is RCVS Practice Standards Accredited. The team manages a broad range of cases including cats, dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs, providing 20-minute consults as standard.
The practice is purpose-built, bright, spacious, and air-conditioned, with state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory facilities. The team holds a variety of special interests, from behaviour and wellness to small furry care, and encourages CPD, including support for study towards Certificate-level qualifications.
Role Requirements:
- Confident in routine surgical and medical cases
- Enjoys building strong relationships with patients, clients, and colleagues
- Flexible to work full-time or part-time
- Weekend work on a 1-in-3 basis, with time off during the week
- Occasional sole charge responsibility; no out-of-hours duties
