An established, independently owned small animal veterinary practice is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a truly independent clinic that prioritises patient care, clinical autonomy, and team wellbeing over targets and corporate structure. The Role

This position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including consultations, surgery, and dentistry. The role includes some sole charge responsibility and would suit a vet who is confident working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

• Full or part-time hours available
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
• One evening per week (until 6:30pm)
• No out-of-hours commitments
• Balanced mix of consulting and operating

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months’ UK veterinary experience preferred
• Comfortable with routine procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player with the ability to work in a busy environment
