An established, purpose-built small animal practice in Kent is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join its supportive and experienced team.

The practice has been proudly serving the local community for over four decades and is set within a beautiful countryside location, offering a peaceful working environment with convenient on-site parking.

About the Practice

This modern, well-equipped practice features:

  • Dedicated operating theatre for surgical procedures
  • Comprehensive in-house laboratory
  • Digital X-ray and ultrasound
  • Advanced laser technology for soft-tissue surgery
  • Separate dental suite
  • Separate dog and cat wards
  • Outdoor dog runs

There is also access to advanced imaging, including CT, at a nearby 24-hour hospital.

The Role

The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team of veterinary professionals and will typically:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and surgical procedures
  • Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients
  • Maintain high standards of regulatory, clinical and operational compliance
  • Collaborate closely within a supportive team environment
  • Contribute to ongoing clinical development and knowledge sharing

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified MRCVS
  • Passionate about delivering high standards of clinical care

  • Strong team player with a proactive and supportive approach
